I lodged a complaint with Vodacom Ref. No.00146a8KMNCQ9VGK. They told me that they investigating the problem and responded with the same answer as last year and the year before and the year before and the year before almost ad infinitum that they are waiting for permission to put up a new tower. The tower is in sight of me and at a slow pace takes me 3 minutes to get to the tower. However the problem is that their equipment is not coping with the amount of traffic as is the rest of their infrastructure. We are made to pay for an almost nonexistent service. They were supposed to come back and tell me what they are going to do to compensate me for the lack of service and the extras i spend in trying to communicate this has not happened to date. Vodacom should selling new contracts and pay as you go as their infrastructure cannot cope with what is out there and firstly upgrade their existing infrastructure so it can cope and have reserves
