POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a lumia 920 friday from mtn rivonia. The battery life off the device was terrible and the phone constantly kept heating up. So i decided to take it back to the supplier as i was still within the OTB period. When i bought the device it came as a package with the mtn box which housed 2 smaller boxes. Which where the phone box and the wireless charger box. I didnt see a need to keep the larger Mtn box and disposed off it. When i took the device for an exchange the consultants refused to change it for me saying that the yellow box was a must and they couldnt help me without it. This was never communicated to me when when i bought the phone and i dont see how not having the MTN yellow box can be a train smash. I had to visit MTN sandton branch twice with no assistance. Then they referred me to MTN repair center MIdrand. The consultants there where very helpful and couldnt see why not having the box was a deal breaker. But they then referred me back to the sandton branch.
Am dissapointed in MTN.
