I bought a D - Link W160 wireless device from Ikonic it the device started giving problems after 3 months. I call them they said I must bring it in at my cost they will sent to the supplies for repairs. it would take about 3 weeks to be repair which must pick up again at my cost. Today I received my device back the condition is very poor then when I drop it off. The unit is not working still have the same problem. Must I spend another R250.00 to return the device back? Now with all the money spend on transport cost I just as well just buy another one. Ikonic It don't want to take responsibility for the products they sell. This is bad customer service!!!
