My line got terminated after payment for April was late... whenever a payment is late you call my number and harass my 16 year old niece, now they terminated my line after i missed 1 payment which i settled some days ago. am also being told i need to make another payment of R280 or so to get my line reactivated after it was permanently cancelled just after 1 payment was missed..
i have had my contract for 4 years and now i start having issues with my contract. i am not happy about this as the service i am getting from them is just outrageous. even the agents do not know how to speak to their agents.
what kind of a business is vodacom running because what i see is not a company that values its customers but will do anything to people from their hard earned monies.
