Over Charged and No help

MTN is totally overcharging its customers on roamed data! I am currently sitting with a R8 000 bill after being in Mozambique for 10 days. According to MTN it is data usage. I have uninstalled facebook, whatsapp and emails. Only switched on my phone at night time and only bb's was recevied during this period. On my visit to their offices I was told that applications like the weather update uses data too. No problem, I had the weather app running in the background, unaware of it's costs, but R8 000 for weather updates! On enquiring and obtaining my friends bills, who made full use of roaming aka made calls to the UK x 5 and to South Africa, had facebook, whatsapp and 5 email addresses receiving mail all day everyday, they both sit with bills between R1300 and R1500! MNT is not able to tell me what I used this data on. My only way out is to make payment arrangements, until such time that the account is up to date, my phone will be suspended to prevent any further costs. This is rediculous as I am paying for the 350 free minutes that I am not allowed to use! My payment arrangements was made and as fate would have it, the full amount was deducted from my account! FED UP!!
