I recently requested for my number to move to a new premises as from 1st January 2013. The first report stated that the lines has been and will be replaced within the next 2 weeks. I phoned after 2 weeks in which Telkom replied that it has been fixed and a technician will be sent to my house for reconnection. As the technician arrived the next day, he again noticed that there was no connection and said that the lines are. Telkom now refuses to to replace the lines and told me to cancel my connection. I am running a private business from home and 3G will not be adequite to do so. What now TELKOM???
