Iam beyond frustrated with vodacom, ive already lodged two complaints and sent various emails and all i get is empty promises of a consultant getting back to me shortly, its been more than a week going for two weeks and i still havent been contacted, how short is shortly? Can someone, anyone, please contact me as i really cant do anything until you contact me
