After about 8 weeks of total unhappiness. I receive a call from Craig explaining that he can see a query was logged however not really dealt with. This young chap was SO polite and SO patient and SO caring to help that I wanted to get in my car and go and squueezzee the guy! I really didn't know where to turn anymore - the first complaint got me nowhere and then I had a consultant that spoke to me like im R2D2 and the call centre email received that was SUPPOSE to explain everything looked like the coding for a program AND THEN I get my call from Craig and within 30 minutes he got me back to sanity! I really no REALLY appreciate the fact that there still is a Vodacom employee that CARES! Craig I can carry on about the services I got from the branch from the shop and the call centre but this is about the fact that you didn't think twice to help, and that you got right in 30 minutes what 3 different departments couldn't do in 7 weeks! Consider yourself APPRECIATED! I hope that one day I can roll a stone out of your way to return the favour! YOU ROCK DUDE!
