I suppose this is more about Craig. I bought a new OPC Astra from this dealership. Craig went out of his way to make it happen, sometimes I can be impatient but Craig was cool, calm and collected. All I'm grateful for and maybe the DP should also be is that I didn't't deal with him, he tried to put a "spanner in the works". Mr Hayami, Craig and Wayne are assets to your dealership.
Also Charmaine deserves a mention she entertained me when Craig was busy.
Keep up the good work Craig, you guys are alright.
