I have sent Craig the excel sheet with my itemised billing twice and Its been 11 days and he still hasn't got back to me.

Im suppose to get 350 free minutes but according to my itemised billing I only received 235.

This is not acceptable. Vodacom should prove to me that I did receive the 350 minutes
