I upgraded my data contract with Nashua Mobile with nothin to be delivered but they insist on Charging me for delivery and i call them they say they will reverse the charges and lo and behold it was takn from account. So i call the at the service centre again today speak to Bongile Binase who cannot grasp the fact i have spoke to them previously and they agreed to refund my money and puts me on hold to speak to his supervisor Charmaine Webber who never picks up the fone. The thieve at Nashua Mobile have my money off my account and no one can explain it or even try and understand it! If they do this to 1000 people the keep and getting rich! And you have to wait for up to 30minutes to get any response from this company.
