Poor customer service

On 10 August I did a migration and a sim swop and Autopage in Brooklyn Mall. I was informed that the sim swop would take 2 to 24 hours. As at today the sim swop has still not been completed. I phoned autopage in Brooklyn on numerous occasions and was informed that the sim number was not provisioned for. I phoned your call centre and spoke to Innocentia who was not able to resolve my complaint. When I requested to speak to a Manager my call was parked and after 35 minutes I was not able to speak to a Manager and no Manager has even bothered to contact me. I would like for the sim to be activated today and for all my call costs since 10 August to your contact centre to ge reversed from my account. I have now been informed by the Manager from Brooklyn mall that the sim given to me can not be provisioned for on Vodacom's network and they will try and deliver a sim to me. When one has a problem you are never able to get a hold of any Manager at Autopage. I regret the fact that I have extended my contract with yourselves as your service is pathetic and you have no comprehension of customer service and the consumer just does not seem to have any rights when it comes to complaints.
