I'm presently travelling overseas and have lost my SIM card. On 22 Sep I emailed Nashua Mobile via their website. No response. Since then I've contacted them via Twitter and Facebook. Still no response. Its difficult and expensive for me to call their call centre from overseas and wait to speak to a customer "service" agent.
Please respond to my request urgently because I need to have get my phone number going again!! I spend over R1300 each month with you, so I expect a little customer service in return...
