No sense of urgency

I hate it when people that work for a company like Vodacom will say to you, oh the computer is down I can't help you. Absolute nonsense. You are a huge network of companies. Do something about it. All I wanna do is fetch my phone that has had to be repaired. There must be a head office somewhere that can tell you why the system is down. Then the consultant still has the audacity to say to me s-l-o-w-l-y that "It's a computer, ma'am".
Thanx, I work in IT. I know it's a computer. I probably know more about computers than you do. And I work in support. I know what it means to have a sense of urgency when a customer needs assistance. Pathetic and rude. I am very keen to move to MTN.
