Vodacom had a cellphone (SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 2 LTE) delivered to me. The phone could not read the sim card and was declared faulty by Vodacom. After the complaint was lodged with the after sales department, they said that they would do a pick up and deliver me a new phone. Its been over a month now and i still do not have access to the Vodacom network reason being that i still have the damaged phone with me. The numerous times that i have phoned and complained seems to me that it has fallen on deaf ears. All those calls that was made to them was made at my expense reason being that i don't have a vodacom cell line. after listening to all their adverts and sales and marketing ploys i thought that it would be a good move to switch cell providers. Little did i know that i was setting myself up for such disappointment. *HOPING THIS LETTER WILL HELP
