Following my last post on this site about CSure (Cell C insurance) on Wed 27 March, nothing has been solved as yet, please solve this problem asap!!!
Over the weekend I checked my bank statement and I was disgusted to see that I was debited yet another R99 for a service that I DID NOT AGREE TO and I was told by Csure that I was taken off their system in January when I cancelled the quote!! I have not recieved an invoice, documentation stating I agreed to sign up for the insurance. This purely shows that CSure do not know what they are doing as a business.
Please, I demand a refund of R309.77 for the debit orders that have been done for a service I have not agreed to go ahead for!!
Sounds like Csure is ripping people off, especially if I was just calling for a quote and was asked for my banking details (which I found very strange) and now been debited a 2nd time for a service I declined at the quotation process - I wonder how many other people they are doing this to??
