Debited for insurance 2 months after cancelling

Hi,

I'm not if Cell C and C Surance work together on this but my issue is with C Surance

I cancelled my insurance with c surance on my iphone 5 in March this year (I took the policy out in January) when noticing that I was being debited R173 a month instead of the R149 quoted to me. I noticed on the 29th of april i was debited R173. I phoned back and they assured me my poicy was cancelled and that I was post paying for march, and the extra R23 was a mistake and pro rata from the first month id taken out the policy would get my money back for the months id paid the extra R23.. I just checkd my bank statement and ANOTHER R173 was debited on the 28th of May

This is utterly ridiculous and every time i call the call centre my call get cuts off after being hold.
