MTN SERVICE!

I was at the smaller mtn store at the glen this morning to get help with my newly acquired blackberry. i entered the store around 9.20 and the woman at the front desk did not even look up and acknowledge me nor did she greet me. after a few minutes of standing and awaiting attention, she finally took note of me and I asked for help setting up bbm etc. she directed me to get airtime at cna or musica because she said she was busy with something and that there were only two people working although i didn't see any sign of the second person. when i returned with the airtime, she curtly told me what to do without even looking at me and in a tone of voice that was wholly rude and unfriendly. She was actually annoyed that I was in the store. Her name after i asked as she had no name badge on was 'Tsidi' . MTN, I have dealt with your staff at various branches and every time the service is egregiously bad! I have resolved to finish January on your network and then transfer to vodacom whose service and friendly staff have finally convinced me as to who the superior network provider is. MTN YOUR STAFF AND SERVICE!
