A Few weeks ago, i entered the Clearwater branch and went straight to the cosmetic area where i wished to purchase a mascara. The lady that was working in the section gave me dirty looks as i entered and didn't acknowledge that i was there. I went to one of the cosmetic stands where i saw a mascara that i'd like to try. It was open, and because of that i assumed it was a tester and tried some on my eye. The sales lady rushed up to me and uttered 'IS THAT YOURS? ' in a snarky and unpleasant tone of voice. I said that it wasn't and she told me once again in another snarky tone of voice that it was'nt a tester. I understand fully that the mascara was not a tester because of hygiene reasons and understand how it was negligent on my part to assume that it was, however i definitely feel that the sales lady could have approached it in a much more professional manner. She humiliated me in front of other onlooking clients as well. She was rude and made me feel uncomfortable, and i am a very regular client to that store. This will no longer be the case. I dont wish to reveal the staff member, i just hope for friendlier service in the future
