I cancelled my contract at the Cell C store at Alberton City and told them that I want to use my number as prepiad. i called the call centre to ask why they have closed my number completely and i was advised to buy a new sim card and do a sim swop of which i did.since from the 23rd of march i haven't been using my number hence my number has not been re-instated. i am not happy with the way things have been handled. how difficult can it be to switch from a contract to a pre-paid.i mean really now. I am very hense i am loosing method of communication with business partners thanks to cell c.
