I renewed my contract with Cell C in February 2013, I ugraded with Tablet 2 10.1. Two days after the Tablet was delivered it started freezing and sometimes it doesn't switch on, I reported the matter and it was taken for repairs and I believe if I report goods within 7 days I'm supposed to get new goods. Well Cell C never did that instead they brought the same damaged goods and the problem worsened. Now I just found out that they blacklisted my name to credit bereau and I am so not happy because its their fault and their incompetence.
