I upgraded my contract with cell c and received a "new" phone about a month ago. The phone was faulty so it was send back for repairs. They 'fixed' it and when I got it back it was still broken. Once again I send it back and this time they claimed to have exchanged the phone for a new one, guess what it is broken once again!!! we stay in a small town far from cell c so we will not be able to return the phone within 7 days. I tried to contact customer care but they put me through to another department after I held on for about 10 min a voice asked me to give feedback and the line was cut!!! What the cell c are you really so incompetent??? Maybe it is time to get a legal representative to deal with this cause I have had it with Cell C and the bad service they give.
