CELL C FOR THEMSELVES, COMPLAINT 5! 6 MONTHS NO FB

I have prepaid R7k at the beginning of the year to Cell C but month after month I get an sms stating that I am in arrears, I've been to the Centurion branch with proof of payment but still get this annoying sms' from Cell C.I just got an sms informing me that my credit profile has been negatively affected by this. I don't owe Cell C but they owe me instead. I have been on the phone with the call-centre a number of times but it seems like no one knows what the is going on there. I am at my wits end because of this incompetence. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Cell C is notorious for listing innocent customers. Someone better sort this out as I am also lodging a complaint with the CCC.I will not be abused like this. What happened to the R7k that I paid. In whose account was this allocated to if not mine. I need answers!.. You have stated that I have been blacklisted??? I have paid you for the whole year upfront because of the fact that you take incorrect amounts from my bank account each month. I want this sorted a.s.a.p. I want my name cleared of any wrong doing and a personal apology letter from Cell C. EVERYONE THATS READING THIS STAY AWAY FROM CELL C!!!
