I am not happy with Cell C's response, how can they compensate me with 3 months free subscription but were so quick to list my name on Credit Bureau for 2 years. I struggled during the past two years couldn't't buy myself a house & couldn't open accounts and take a loan in the financial institutions because of their false research. I don't want any free subscription from Cell C the only thing I'm asking for is a Samsung Galaxy Note that's what I can settle for. They did what they wanted without proper research and as a result I was blacklisted and had to fight what was not my battle because of their incompetence! They must do better than that or I'm going to the press and all the blogs and take this matter up with my lawyer.
