Have reported ADSL line not working from 10 November. Technician phoned and I made special arrangements to have somebody at home to open for Technician 3 times. Everytime he does not show up and must I make arrangements again- but I recieve a sms that the fault has been rectified.
4 Different reference numbers on the same fault- Still not fixed.
Come end of the month time and you will be expected to pay for caps which you could not use.
I think this specific technician is busy with other things and resets fault reports knowing it has not been fixed.
