The phone and sim card which i bought at Atteridgeville shopping complex, was lost and i reported the matter to the cellc operate number amd told them what had happened, and. I called them on the very day it got misplaced and on the next day i went to the shop where i got the phone and sim card and told them to close the sim and in this case it looks like they didnt do so. Which now lead me into errors, they handed me over to select online and i have a few to pay which am not responsible for, because i reported the matter.help me pls
