ILLEGAL SUBSCRIPTION

I have been subscribed to a service I dont want and did t request. I have already requested to be unsubcribed spoke to their call centre a guy named Menzi assisted me stating I will recieve an sms notifying me that I have been unsubscribed which Im still waiting for! PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE ME I DONT WANT THIS SERVICE!
