One unhappy client

Really poor mtn. Was over the moon last night when my mtn package arrived. Only to find out a few hours later that is should be activated by myself. Got the box with NO instructions whatsoever. Calling out all my money to find out how and what to do with mtn. About 17 dropped lines later I eventually got to speak to someone. They said I must wait 2 to 24 hours. Still waiting! After another 25 dropped calls to the automatic activation number..no luck. Got a hold of someone once again who said must wait 24 hours. Its been over that already. Another 5 dropped calls I could eventually put in my id and sim number only to hear the voice lady to say that I am not on any records
The recording put me though to the next available consultant and bam..dropped line again. How long must ia still wait for my internet to work? I've even seen people complain they waited a week or two. This is bad service especially after waiting 3 weeks for this product and now even more because its not working!!!
