For the past few weeks mweb ADSL has been virtually unusable which has cost me money. I am on leave and am wanting to cancel my ADSL with them and have no access to a scanner. They are forcing me to complete a form to send back to them. How when I have no access to a scanner In Mozambique? I need this done before I have to give another calendar months notice. I cannot believe how terrible the service is with this company!
