I took out a cellphone contract with vodacom chatz wetsgate in 2010 August i think and the contracted ended in 2012 around the same time.since then they are still deducting and i called them and they refered me to the accounts department i cant get hold of i sent emails requesting assistance but they have been sent invain. i now have no option but to change my banking details as a result.my bank cannot stop the debit from going through.the amount they have deducted from my account thus far is more than a R1000.
