Dear Sir
I have a BlackBerry Curve 9300 on prepaid with Cell C. Since yesterday Twitter services have been unavailable, and when I try to connect to the browser, I get the message 'network error occurred please try again later'. This also happened two weeks ago, at which time the outage lasted two days!
I tried to contact Cell C's online complaint page at [URL Removed] enquiring whether the problem with Cell C or with BlackBerry. I duly completed the form, but when I hit the SUBMIT button, all I got was a brief message 'Loading, please wait...' and then nothing.
Now this really is adding insult to injury if you are rendered incapable of even reporting a problem, let alone get the problem attended to.
