Good day, I was sitting and looking at my phone the next moment I saw my my phones date going up to almost 3G with an additional charge of R400. I logged a query with cell c the following day. They advised me that I downloaded videos which I told them I did not. The consultant advised me that they will not investigate the matter since it shows that I have downloaded something. After forcing the issue they advised that they will log a call. I found a voice message after a few days advising that they needed to confirm my number, which I did phone to provide the consultant with the details. Its been more than a month and they will be debiting my account. No feedback has been received.
