Lack of customer Satisfaction

2 weeks ago (18/04-2013 to be precise) i have applied for a new Laptop (HP Compact with a 500MG Modern on R199pm/24m), a week later the RTT Team have returned my delivery without proper follow up. they have that they have called me and to my surprise i have not received any voice-mail nor call from them.

I have then spoken to Sharleen Moodley's manager who was infact not helpful at all, that if they don't have the stock this week i can cancel the application and move to another dealer. That is no totally unprofessional and i thought MTN as a Big Organization with great customer service will at all times put their customer's needs first and strive for customer satisfaction.

I am totally disappointed and for the fact that i have always been a loyal customer (using their cellphones and 3G cards)...
