I run my business from home and for the last few days have not been able to send emails too some of my customers due to my Message Transfer Agent having a poor reputation. After doing some digging it turns out that it is not my reputation that is poor but that of iBurst. I contacted them about the problem and sent them all the evidence that I found.
Their response was "it is too difficult to repair this and that I should get my customers to white list my email domain". My customers have refused saying that this would circumvent their protection systems.
So I run a business that cannot send emails!!! What good is that?
