UNBELIEVABLE AUTOMATIC R50 LIMIT REMOVAL!!!

I CANNOT BELIEVE VODACOM HAVE REMOVED MY R50 LIMIT!! I PUT IT THEIR FOR A REASON!!! THEY DO THIS AUTOMATICALLY AFTER 7 MONTHS AND FOR OBVIOUS REASONS!! TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!! MY 3G BILL WAS MEANT TO BE R179 OR R229 BUT ITS SHOT UP TO ALMOST R800 AS A RESULT!! AND GET THIS, AFTER CALLING IIN AND SPEAKING TO PALESA THIS MORNING SHE INFORMS ME THEY SENT ME AN SMS AND NOTIFIED ME THAT THE LIMIT HAD BEEN REMOVED - BUT TO THE 3G DEVICE WHICH DOESNT GET SMS'S!!?? CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NO LONGER THEIR PRIORITY AND ARE NOW PURELY IN THE MONEY MAKING BUSINESS!! I WANT THIS RESOLVED OR EXPECT MORE COMPLAINTS, ALL MY CONTRACTS CANCELLED AND A NOTIFICATION TO CONSUMER WATCH???
