Lack of response about late cards

I ordered business cards from a company called "ORANGE MONKEY" I paid for my cards in full on the 13 June 2013 and was told it will take 7-14 days for delivery. I finally received half my order on the 21 July 2013 and have been constantly told since then there are issues with the new printers they are using and haven't received them... I want my money back or my cards but to this day I sit with nothing and she now is not answering her phone and not replying to my mails :(
