After complaining now for the third time i hope this would be my last. Seems to me every-time I complain something even if its small happens and progress is made. I would want a vodacom representative to contact me and keep me up to date as to when my money could be expected. after my first complaint up till now it has been two months and still no money in my account. could this be so difficult.
