Humans RULED by "the system" - AUTOPAGE lost MIA

My cell number, listed as critical control point number in various national FMCG supply chains, rendered useless for the last 48 hours,
1. Call centre avg. time 25minutes - check the billing (longest 44minutes)
2. Upgrade due Oct 2012, wanted an i5, told to wait for handset when stock arrives middle Jan 2013
3. Feb told have to pay R5k, after 12years and a premium client, i refused.
4. Then contact by Kae, we found you an iPhone on cell-C for free - thank you do the number port. 5 FEBRUARY
5 Receive handset and RICA sim - 14 days later - still no porting of my MTN number
5. 20 calls, 18 e-mails, nada
6. Receive second simcard, porting will go thru 11pm - NADA
7. After 7 years a certain staff member still cannot do a simple port
8. Autopage has a very suspect way of traceability and activation of sims cards.
9. I am now told I activated the new phone with a new number, as prepaid, this is after i signed and RICA all these sim cards - why do Autopage not know how many sims cards have been sent.
10. Each person makes it my problem

Dont deal with them and save yourself some serious MANIC behaviour, first time i have lost control in many years, Thank You Team
