I have singed a new contract with MTN last year November since the inception of the contract I have not received my data of 150meg data bundles. I only got the one month last month after I complained 3 weeks ago. I still have not received what is owed to me all MTN says is that its gone for approval. My debit orders have been going off but i have still not received what is owed to me. Infact the data bundle was not even active on my contract even though I am paying for it every month!!!
