In early March, I tweeted your social account asking for help on cancelling a contract. On the 25th March, I emailed [Email Removed] and informed them that I would like my contract cancelled immediately. Tonight, seeing that I haven't had any communication from either of the platforms, I called 084 140 (with a non Cell C number so it cost me money) waited for 10 minutes to get to agent, then the call proceeds to be dropped. I can't afford to be on the phone all night. Please confirm whether my contract has been cancelled as requested.
