I been debited on my account for R 97, 07 When I cancelled this debit order, and have not given permission to debit my account, arrangements has been made to pay this in cash, and no notification was given by Sanlam for the increase in insurance, so how must we have known to increase the cash payment, this is illegal to debit my account without my permission and I have requested the debit be cancelled.
It Is not my problem that your call centre don't know what they doing, so do not find excuses to make it seem as if I didn't do my part in getting my debit order cancelled
