Bad bad service

I have been with MTN for about 5 years now, 2yrs as a prepaid client and 3 years
as a postpaid client. I have never met such in incompitent agent like Sello. For
two weeks now I have been getting a run around with these guys with getting a
3rd contract, eventually after 7 a week It was approved.

Got a call to
come collect myphone lastweek Saturday and till today I have not got the phone.
I have made at least 5 visits to the store over the past 48hrs and time after
time I get a run around with the activation of this new number.

I have
decided not to take the contract anymore although it has been approved and as
soon as the other one comes to an end I am moving it to another SP. The is only
one lady who is really helpfull there but the other your lady has a STINKING
attitude.

This has left a bitter taste about MTN and I plan to tell everyone I know about this. Any one who need service at is at the Glen mall I would advise them to rather go to the MTN store opposite the capitec bank. I would rather advise some1 to wait in their queues but atleast they get good
service.
