VODACOM DOESN'T WANT MY BUSINESS

Thursday the 28th of March 2013 I went into Vodacom Hyde Park to port two numbers from MTN to their Network. What was to happen in 24 hours still has not happened today the 3rd of March 2013. I understood because we were going into easter, but after easter I called the Vodacom call center who said they couldn't assist I must go back to a Vodacom shop. I went to my local Vodacom shop at the Nicolway in Bryanston they said they couldn't assist i should just wait. I have called Hyde Park back to find out what the hold up is they can't help because they are doing stock take I must just wait until tomorrow. Is it that Vodacom has enough clients they don't need my business? Feeling very frustrated at the moment. I have had my number since 2005 and wouldn't want to lose it now, especially since they say they can port it.
