After 12 days without an ADSL connection due to my telephone cable being cut by a tree feller, I eventually had it reconnected however was unable to connect to the internet. I was fortunate to get through to Setlego Leisa at the Telkom call centre and wow what great service I received. He was incredibly patient and went through every possibility with the problem shooting. I think we were on the call for about 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about all issues, extremely pleasant with a great manner. If only all consultants were like him it would really make some of the experiences far more pleasant.
