Money deducted- although contract cancelled Jan'13

Hi

I am upset about an amount of R 314.17 which was deducted from my account, although I have made a number of calls, in order to cancel this cellphone contract.

I was assured that the last deduction from my account would be beginning of March.
Why has money been deducted this month?
