I was sent an sms to advise me that Telkom has scheduled the installation of my telephone line for FULL DAY 03 April (today). It is now 16h56 and after sitting at home the entire day, Telkom's nowhere to be seen. The application process was seamless and Bongi at Bayside Shopping Centre handled my query with confidence and expertise... Too good to be true? I guess so! Yet another disappointed and disillusioned customer! Telkom, you manage to succeed very well AT ALL TIMES in letting down your PAYING consumers. I wish your government funded monopoly will come to an end and all the incompetent top brass will be relieved of their duties... VIVA the consumer, VIVA!
