Confused Telkom operato

Hi

Im moving from Big Bay to Sunningdale soon and I would like to move my Telkom account to my new home. The house is still being built so I would like to sort everything out now to reduce the lead time.
I spoke to the telkom operator who kept telling me Im giving her the wrong address and I must supply her with the right address. I asked her if Telkom even services Sunningdale and she didn't know. She said she cannot tell me now and she doesn't know when she can tell me. I insisted to speak to someone else who can assist me and she refused. The second time I asked she put the phone down in my ear.
Can someone please tell me if I can move my telkom line to Sunningdale??
