We are business Fixed Line and ADSL line holders with Telkom for the past two months. For the past two months, i have had to call Telkom and request both invoices. They can tell me that we havent received and invoice because of the post office strike, they can also tell me that they have my details to send the invoice via email, yet i never receive anything. I still need to call!!! They ask you all your details, and can tell you what they see on their screen, yet still send me an account that belongs to another customer. They suspend our line, i call the agent to to confirm that payment was made, she is so rude and abrupt, and while i am still speaking with her, she puts the phone down. This is digusting service provided by Telkoms consultants, they are just RUDE!!!
