TELKOM and its DOWNfall

For the past 2 months iv been trying to gain a wireless telephone line, however, due to structural problems at home, prevents me to have an ordinary line. at 1st i had difficulty because the provider needed bank details, however due to the death of my husband & attorneys it took a while to sort out my personal banking. Now that its done & willingly to provide them with details, the response is that now things have changed & that its compulsory for a debit order regarding a wireless line. i wasnt told that at first or anything and i have visited the telkom store several times just for this wireless Line.. Not even existing customers are aware if this< nor are telkoms consultants. the part that confuses me most, is that why for an ordinary line, can optional payments be made & for a wireless line can only a debit payment be made??? if you dealt with someone 4 so many years, the kind of response you get is that theres nothing you can do. clearly if we see optional payments or even hear from consultants themselves- you should keep up to that expectation-after all this is a service provider in which we pay for. what us customers see, is what we expect!!! not downfall changes...
