I was involved in an accident in September 2012. The party who smashed into my vehicle claimed that she was unemployed and could not pay for the damages caused to my vehicle. I had to pay the access of R3000.00 which I had to borrow as per my contract I am aware of the access amount that is payable by me, however The access amount was to be recovered from the person who has smashed into me. Its upsetting that I was put in an inconvenience from someone else who has smashed my vehicle because of their negligence. Every month my account is work once only as per Harmony which last sent me an email on 15/01/2013 till as we now in March have still not recieved a response from her again. Yes I was rude and swore at her in December due to my frustrations of the situation however I still ensured my monthly premiums where paid on time. I would not recommend Miway to any family and friends due to my experience. I want my access back since October they are trying to make arrangements with the party who has smashed into me till date no avail nothing has been done. There is no piece of mind when it came to my claim and recovery procedure it was and still is a nightmare delaying with Miway.
